Lace Crop Top

To bare or not to bare? That is the question. I’ve always steered clear of the crop top trend in fear that I would feel uncomfortable revealing my midriff. That all changed when I found this gorgeous white pleated skirt. It is so feminine and classy that I knew it would be perfect for my girly themed bridal shower last weekend. To show off the black trim at the top of the skirt ,I knew I’d need to either tuck in my top or find a crop top. Insert this lacy crop top from Free People. While trying to embrace the crop top trend and still feel comfortable, I found that it’s best to wear a longer crop top or wear a higher wasted pant/skirt. This way only a sliver of your midriff shows leaving a subtle sexiness.

So, do you dare to bare?

The most adorable yet! Lace, pleats and the two together with simple jewelry are a perfect fit. Elegance comes with simplicity.. well done Peanut :) How do you find such great pieces?

You look amazing! Definitely a classy look :). In my younger days I absolutely rocked the crop top. Sadly the early 2000′s were a bit more trash than classy though.
